Psyllium husk is a natural dietary fibre with prebiotic effects. It acts as a gentle bulk-forming laxative, forming a gel in the intestines to help regulate bowel movements and support cholesterol and blood sugar levels. 

Important 

Must be taken with adequate fluid. Insufficient fluid may cause swelling and risk of choking or oesophageal obstruction.

550 mg psyllium husk powder per capsule
