Shipping & Returns
A standard delivery fee applies to all orders and is automatically calculated at checkout. Costs vary based on the size, weight, and destination of your parcel. The final delivery cost will always be shown before you complete your purchase.
We work to dispatch orders as quickly as possible once payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped. Please note that shipping times can vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
At this time, we primarily deliver within Australia. For international delivery enquiries, please contact our team before placing your order.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If you still have concerns, contact us at info@integratedguthealth.com.au with your order details and we’ll assist promptly.
If your order is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. You’ll need to complete a Product Return/Credit Application form (available on our website) and attach photos of the issue. Our team will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund once approved.
If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, you can return it within 10 days of receipt provided it’s unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Please note that return shipping is at your expense, and a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) must be approved before sending anything back.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for change of mind, flavour preference, or if the product has been opened. Due to the nature of health supplements, all items must remain sealed and in resalable condition.
If you’re returning a product because it’s faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns (such as ordering the wrong item), return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Please review your order carefully before checkout. Once an order has been confirmed and paid, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations as dispatch begins quickly. Orders may only be cancelled if Integrated Gut Health is unable to fulfil them.
